I have had a number of Web TV customers say they are getting errors during checkout. Is there a solution for this, or they doing something wrong.

Hello,

Are they telling you where, or what part of the checkout is causing them errors?

Chances are it is related to a simple JavaScript command to 'continue' to the next page, or 'submit' their information as WebTv does not work correctly with Java. (even though it is technically listed as a supported format)
