I am having problems with buyers saying they cannot get checkout to work through link. The last one says they get error message - "Oops! You must select a shipping method". They say they are, but it is not taking it. This is on a combined auction. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong on the shipping costs on combined auctions. Would support check out my combined auctions and let me know. [email protected]

Hi Pkopesch,
I was looking at the combined auction you have right at the top -- I am able to select a shipping method from the drop down. Is that where your customers are getting stuck?
