Last few weeks I had the crashing during post sale management or just listing on Auction pro. I was informed that Norton Virus or outlook express was a possible culprit. Well, I don't use Norton and I updated Norton. Yesterday, I had a specialist look into my computer and he added 127 mb memory just in case that was it. Well, here we go again.
I now don't get errors that prompt me to close down completely. I get fatal error in red, ARCH__INVALID__CGI RESP every time I try to archive at least 3 -5 auctions. Instead of crashing, their is this long delay to send feedbacks and the page goes blank yet the headers for AW is still there. Eventually I have to close down ~ What's up?

Hi Triggers,
Please be more specific about the errors you encountered: is it an AMPro error; or is it an online (ACP) problem? What errors promted you to close down completely (AMPro or online)? For which items did you try to send feedback?

Been doing it to me w/ Norton turned off in several modes w/i Auction Manager. Reported it a week ago-no help or solution yet.
Seems like a lot of people are having this problem...and..only..in...Auction Watch..

Hi Bragassa,
Please notice the posts in the other thread referring to IE crashes. We do apreciate your feedback, and our engineers are working on this issue. We know it is mainly related to the PostSale page, but we are trying to identify also other sources. My question for Triggers was weather or not there is some problem with the AMProV3.75 program (which is our offline tool, available free to be downloaded and used from our site).
For Triggers: still I did not understand weather or not you are using Norton ("Well, I don't use Norton and I updated Norton"
