My winning bidders keep saying they are unable to access the AW site. Could it be that they have high security and cookies disabled that would cause this?

Which part of the site are they unable to enter? Is it just to fill in the WBN?

I think so but I am not sure. They ususally just say they are not able to get into the site to fill out the winning bidder notice.

Hi Glassgrl,

If they have high security IE browser settings and/or cookies disabled, then definitelly this is the cause. Please ask them to read the
