I notice that when I make changes to my inventory count the system does save changes made to basic information and Storefront changes which are made at the same time. I have to enter the inventory number and storefront inventory number individually. Is there a problem?
I was unable to replicate this error. What I did was up my quantity in inventory, then adjusted the quantity to storefront and saved. When I was finished, the inventory page did show both numbers changed.

I see now what is happening. You must first change the Storefront quantity, then change the inventory amount in order to zero out both numbers. If you zero out the inventory first and you have any number listed in the Storefront the system will automatically add the Storefront quantity back into inventory.
