When I try to launch an item from inventory that is currently in my storefront to ebay, I get this message: You cannot launch this item or Choose Site because there is no site information on file for the site.
I think I do have all the info saved. Where am I going wrong??

I have seen that error when I tried to launch an old (1 year or more) item that is using the old templates. Go into the ebay specific settings for the item and change the template to see if that will help.

Thanks, mantczak, for trying to help. I changed the template for that item and I still got the same error message.

Click on the title for this item in your inventory, then scroll down and click on the edit link next to eBay. Verify that all of the information has been entered here.
If you continue to run into trouble with this, let us know what the title is.
It does appear to be all setup already. Make sure you go over to the right and set it to list to eBay before you attempt to place a check mark next to it over on the left of the title.
