The first day it worked fine but the last couple days the exclamation point icons are showing up as white even though I have never looked at them before, let alone acknowledged the note. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Mantczak,
If you clicked on the PSM keys for the item that most likely triggered the notes to turn black and white since it is visible in the checklist. If this happens again and you have not gone through the steps please let me know.
