I wanted to use the archive feature to keep all my old SOLD auctions, but now it's full of old UNSOLD auctions, that I formerly deleted.
Thus a potentially useful tool is going to waste.
Any comments/suggestions??

Hi momnpop,
I believe that once you download the archived items into a spreadsheet, you can sort the list based on a specific column. If you sort on the column that lists status, you should be able to easily delete the unsold items from the list.

Diana: Actually, I found it to be easier than that. When you click "archive" it asks
if you want sold or unsold. Then fill out the dates, bring up the spreadsheet full of
unsold auctions. Then merely highlight them,
go to "edit" and "delete".
I should have known this. DUH!!
