I have an auction stuck in pending..just continues to say processing. I already deleted it once and redid from inventory, but still stuck, Now what do I do. I have a customer waiting for this auction (its a request).

Hi Krnbear,
There may have been a momentary glitch that prevented the auction from launching right away. I just checked your account and it appears to have launched.

I think it is more than a glitch ---mine process for several- minutes before they finally launch

Hello nharmon,
Note that it is typical for auctions to process for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on site traffic both on AuctionWatch and on eBay. If your auctions are processing for longer than this, please let us know.

even right before a holiday when everyone is trying to get auctions launched- I have never experienced the slow processing that I have the past couple of days.

finally launched..it spent 20 minutes processing. We have DSL so we don't like anything slow but for the past couple of days AW has been slow hope it gets faster again soon.

Hello nhharmon,
I only see one auction processing in your account - the others seem to have launched. I have checked with the engineers who are monitoring latency, and it does not appear that auctions should be processing for any longer than 10 minutes right now.

I just tried to launch a bunch of auctions but no go. I get page can not be found.
Nothing pending
Nothing added to active
I hope this gets fixed soon.

Slow and redundant I had one stuck for 22 minutes then it launched twice within seconds. No I did not double click on the auction.

We are looking into the issue of the dupliate launch right now to see if we can isolate what might have caused this.
Can you tell us the item numbers of the duplicates? We took a look at your list, but could not find the specific item.
