I have an auction that closed June 5, but remains in my active auctions. It says "closed", but I can't send an EOA notice or anything.
As the note at the top of your Sales Manager states, your eBay information is not currently stored correctly. This will keep the system from being able to get any of the winning bidder info, so you cannot send a WBN. This is also keeping it from dropping into your closed section.
Go to the My Account tab, click on the Auction Site Accounts link and click to edit your eBay information. Correct whatever does not match here with your current eBay ID, then go back to the Sales Manager tab and refresh the page.
