Last night I put a clickable link in my auctions to my home page and a clickable link to another sellers home page. (we work together from our seperate homes) Safe harbor just emailed me and said I have to take the clickable link out of my auction that goes to my friends auctions. I am not allowed to have a clickable link to a third party or a web sight.
This is not a 3rd party or a websight it is to another sellers home page.
I posted a question here a while back and asked if it was alright to say "view another sellers (my friend) auctions and we will combine shipping". I was told here it is alright to do so.
What do I do now? Am I legal or do I need to take out the link to her homepage? Do I have to take out the link to my homepage? Thank you....
If safeharbor contacted you about it, you will want to remove the link. It doesn't really make sense, since it is just to another eBay page where eBay will still be making money off of it - but you dont want them to end your listings early as a result of it either.
