Once again I am sitting clicking on refresh till the cows come home trying to get Dutch Auctions to download the data. Note I don't hear them mooooing. The level of service is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!
A half hour later clicking refrsh the entire time and 881321834 still hasn't downloaded the data.

Hi davebraun,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Engineering is working in this issue with Dutch auctions having a delay in splitting into PSM keys. We will continue to address this until we find a resolution.

It has been well over an hour since the close of my auction. The percentage of respondents on my Auctions to the WBN is dismal enough when they reach in a timely fashion this really is not a workable situation for me. I have many Dutch auctions one that is scheduled to close tomorrow afternoon has 48 winners at this point and I anticipate somewhere around 70 winners. The tardiness both increases my work load, irritates me, and impacts my rate of return to the downside. I am not looking forward to the auction closing as I anticipate excedrin headache number 1609 when the system hangs.

I'm now up to seven stuck auctions and have come to a descision. Is it possible to turn off the WBN feature on auctions that are already posted. Whats already in the pipe I'll live with I'll finish those that have been sent and I also have orders that have been placed I'll continue using my storefront but not Post Sale services as this is simply too agrevating to continue with. I shouldn't even be upset as the WBN's cause more confusion than they are worth and have completely alienated my custom base from me. If there is a way to toggle the auctions that are active so that they won't send automatically I would wish that done. If I elect to use WBN's I'll do it manually on those auctions that I choose to when I choose to and not autonatically. I know I can turn preferances so future launches won't but I wish those currently running toggled off if possible.

Hi Davebraun,
I checked your account and the PSM keys appear to all be there on your auctions. If you would like to turn off the auto WBN you can do it globally in Global Preferences. For currently active auctions, click on the Active link in the Display Options box on the left hand side. Select all of your auctions, then hit Set WBN. You will then see on the next page, a column called auto WBN. For any auctions that say "on", select them, and hit the On/Off button to turn off the auto WBN.
We are currently investigating this issue with dutch auctions and PSM keys. We will keep you posted in this thread.

I have my first Dutch Auction which closed this evening stuck and in 45 minutes a Dutch auction with 63 bidders and growing will be closing and I really would like to get my notices out before they pay with PayPal or some other service compelling me to input all the names and address into the various fields by cut and paste.

Yup an hour later and the item still hasn't split, no response from AW. Recieving payments with nowhere to post them. A typical Saturday becomes a typical Sunday.
Meanwhile back on the farm, I've had dinner and sent out 70 notices manually as the data hasn't download and recieved a few payments that I cant post cause there's no records to post them too. Tomorrow morning there will be a note from AW saying checked you account and all have split probably at 4AM.

Meanwhile back in the Jungle still haven't downloaded the winners of auction 881996648 and it's almost 2AM.
