Scenerio: I have listed an auction through AW with 4 images. The item doesn't sell. Through ebay, I relist the item.

Question: Do I then pay AW for image hosting only for the 2nd auction? Or is there some way to relist it so that I don't get charged twice?

Hello,

Relist the auction via the closed section here on AuctionWatch. You will still get your relisting credit from eBay if it sells the second time around, just as if you relisted it from here. This way you can avoid paying us the image hosting charges and have it automatically tracked into your account.
