Auction number 2115955002 has some funky lines on the right side, and I can't figure out why. My mom also had this problem.

Hi Danna,
Thank you for letting us know about this problem. I have forwarded it to our engineers. In the mean time I have run some checks on the item involved as well as in your account settings. According to eBay (see also http://webhelp.ebay.com/cgi-bin/eHNC/showdoc-ebay.tcl?docid=911&queryid=description_body) the item description should not contain HTML tags like <HEAD> <BODY> <TITLE>. The item that displays eronously, has such tags, and your default text (in MyAccount > Seller Global) also use such tags.
Nevertheless we will look further into this problem and will post any new findings.

Okay. I removed the tags from my Global preferences now, and I'll see how it works. Are you telling me that the HTML editor on Sales Manager Pro 4.0 adds these tags? If so why would it only add them to that auction and not the other ones. Another thing also is my pictures in my last 4 auctions are displayed at the bottom and the template I used is suppose to have them across the top and down the sides? Please let me know how to correct this.

Hi Danna,
Please give me an item ID for one of the auctions that display a bad template (images displayed at the bottom instead of top and side).

Look at these three # 2034276729, 2034276739, and 2115955051. When I previewed these, the pictures were not at the bottom like they are in the listing. I like my pictures to come before the description or at least at the top, so I never would have used a template that displayed them the way they are displayed. Please let me know what the problem may be or what I've done wrong.
I would recommend reviewing the table HTML you have placed in your default text box. Has this problem been occurring with that one specific template or have you had it on other templates as well?

This particular problem has never happened before. I have had problems with my auctions being too wide and I'm thinking it was from the above mentioned tags being in the HTML. I'm going to revise some of my templates and just use the ones I know work. It would be nice if we could revise or delete the standard templates. I only use about 5 different ones and don't really like having so many on my program, but I'll deal with it.
Engineering is looking at this problem so as soon as I receive more information, I will post it here. Thank you for your patience, and for the information you have provided.

I just listed another auction, number 2116421971, and there is a wide white line on the right side. Can you see it and if so, what's the problem now?
Also on auction number 2116421976 is there anyway I can situate my TOS info, with this template, so it goes all the way across the page? I know you don't help with HTML, but hopefully you can answer this question. I'd like it to be under the picture.
I see the white line you are referring to. Engineering is looking at this problem so I will let you know.
Regarding the second auction -- the best way to get the TOS to run accross thte page is to choose a different image layout. There is one that does the images on top. Or, you can have it split with images on top or on bottom.
