The archive tool gives you the ability to export your closed auction information into a spreadsheet, so that you can create custom sales reports. If you are using Sales Manager, simply go to the Archive section and download your archive. If you are using Business Edition, go to the Tools menu at the top and select Create Reports (or hit Control-R). From there you can generate your csv file.

While we are on the subject, the spreadsheet download is great. But I wish the closing price would be in a separate column instead of in parens in the title.
