I have completed all of the requirements re "Mailstep" at both PayPal & BillPoint...adding the contact e-mail "myid"@mailstep.com.
I was under the impression that this having been done, my buyer's info would be automatically populated once the respective service was paid. This has not happened.
I have double-checked both payment services and this e-mail is active.

Hi Pandorasbox,
The winner has to fill out both the WBN completely, and then next the payment form on PayPal or Billpoint. If you have an auction available that we can take a look at let me know the ID number.
If you are referring to information from the listing already being there when the winner gets to the payment form -- mailstep is not designed to do that, what it does is speed up the post sale process for you so that you have to input less information than if you didn't use it.

I was under the impression that if the customer paid the BP or PP first( as is many times the case) then the information recorded at either site would be used to populate the WBN. AS it stands now, customers will often pay first...since they invariably get the eBay notice before ours...and skip filling out the WBN because it logically seems to them a risk of paying twice.
There is always a risk of the winning bidder paying for the auction prior to receiving any notifications from the seller. I have checked your preferences and verified you have everything set up properly.
The point being and I quote
"Automatically extract and store the Buyer's 'Ship To' address into the Post Sale system (if the address is not already stored) - (default = 'on') "

Hi Pandorasbox,
In order to investigate this problem any further, we are going to need payment notifications that apply to the auctions where the information was not populated. Do you have notifications from PayPal or Billpoint for auctions this is happening to? Please forward them to [email protected] so that I can take a look at them.
