I am trying to set up some auctions for eBay. Everything goes fine, everything is filled in. I click eBay setup and get the inventory screen I am working on. As I can't tell the difference between black and red, there may be an error message I am not seeing. (Has this problem been solved? Last time one of the engineers said he had the same sort of color blindness and would work on it.) Have you gone back to mandating fixed shipping again, despite promises not to?

Hi, am working in the inventory file called berryshell, and have take 1212 and redone it into 1847 etc. Can not access eBay for a catagory, so can get nothing done.

Sonya, this is Joan, the other half of Meridenmor. I tried and also could not get the eBay setup page to come up. There is no red error message. Hope this helps, and appreciate yoru efforts to get us back up and running.
Chees, Joan

Sonia, we are still not able to put together auctions. The function will not save, nor can we access eBay setup. Hope this will be solved by morning. Thanks, Dale
I apologize for not posting back yesterday! Engineering is taking a look at this issue -- you need to select shipping and handling in order to get to the same page.

Sonya, we have been thru this a number of times. We can NOT because of the nature of our business have a fixed shipping. We cover this in the TOS. Which should be sufficient. This has gone on several times: each time the engineer makes the change and we can get on with things. What is going on here? Why are we being forced into a fixed shipping charge? Dale
This problem has been logged as a bug and is being worked on by engineering. It is not a permanent change. You can deselect the auto WBN and then you'll be able to move on to the Edit page, or you can place a shipping and handling charge there to move to the second page. I will let you know when the problem has been resolved.

We do not use the WBN and have no intention of ever using it. Why is it autoselected? We did not ask for this. And how can we launch auctions when we have this fixed shipping which contradicts our TOS? We have already lost 1 days work because of this and really feel that this is excessive. There is no reason to make us loose even more. This has happened several times before, and each time we are promised that it will not happen again. And it does. Find this very disturbing. Dale
I apologize if I have confused you -- I realized you did not have the auto WBN selected. I have gotten word that this problem has been resolved so you should have no trouble getting to the edit screen in Site Specifics for eBay. If you run into more trouble with this please let me know.
