535131828 will not combine with the other auctions won by the same buyer. I'm not sure if there are others like this but I wouldn't be surprised.
The winning bidder in this case had already had a order combined and a WBN sent on the first. The other three items all closed after the fact, which is why you see them in an order on their own with the WBN that was sent today. If they were all in your closed list without a WBN sent already, you could certainly combine and send them as one order.

At other times I have been able to combine 2 orders already grouped that had both been in the same stage as these two. It seems that you are saying once the WBN is filled out nothing can be added?

Hi Davebraun,
You can combine listings and storefront items into orders, and even add listings and storefront items to existing orders.
For such an action, you should go to the Combinable Items view (from left nav). All the items that satisfy the combinable criteria are displayed in this page. If some listings / storefront items / orders are not displayed, this means they do not meet the required criteria.
Regarding order 535131828: you cannot combine this with anything, as for this buyer you already have 2 orders (535131828 and 535226677), and one cannot combine two orders. If however you wish to do so, you must dissolve one of the orders, then go to Combinable Items view and add the items from the dissolved order to the existing one.
To dissolve an order: click on the order, then click on Non Paying Bidder, then on the next page uncheck Relist (carefull about this! if you do not uncheck, the items will be relisted!), then click on Split Order button.

Thank you. I assume this means that "orders cannot be uncombined" can be worked around though not specifically designed to do so it can be done.
