I have just downloaded a second Sales Manager Pro. I now have a separate User ID on Ebay just to sell postcards. The problem I have is that my images require the "click on image for larger view" added to the auction. I did not have this before. I would like to not have this and have my images the full size when people look at my auction. What do I need to do. Thanks.
You can change this both from online, and from SMPro. To do it online go to your My Account tab, click on Global Preferences, and you'll see the image resizing option towards the bottom of your page. Deselect it, save your preferences, then synchronize Pro. To do it offline in Pro, click on the Preferences icon then click Listing Options. It should be the first option (it will say Resize large images) -- deselect that, hit "Apply", then when you synchronize that change should take effect on your online preferences. I hope this helps.
