HI I chose the USPS shipping option and entered all the info but when they are responding to the wbn it still doesn't give them the shipping. Did I do it wrong or something? Because now I am having to go figure it all out and send numerous emails when I thought this would make it easier. I was pretty sure I did it right. Please help me!!! I would like to not loose money on shipping

Did you set your shipping preferences after launching the auction? What is the ID number for this auction, I will take a look at it.

It happpened with all the wbns for auctions that just ended. I set the option wihile I listed.

Hi Tolasunn,

Were you trying to set up calculated rates? If so, you need to select USPS calculated after you enter in the shipping dimensions and the weight.

Where does it say USPS Calculated? I have entered the weight and then what??
