I'm trying to access the post-sale information for auction # 2038307388, and I get the following error from AuctionWatch:
Error retrieving acp preferences data: INVALID_RESPONSE Internal error: invalid FAST response XML near _id>,,|ET~[ZOvlh </paypal_id> <perc_discount

Correction - this message happens on ALL my post sale auctions! Any time I click on the PSK's from the main sales manager screen, it gives me that message.
It appears that the problem is related to some corrupted data in your PayPal ID field. We have deleted your PayPal ID from your preferences, so you will need to re-enter it.
Can you tell us if your browser behaved strangely when you tried to save your preferences lately? We are not certain how the data corruption occured, and at this point we are assuming it was a browser error.
