Please change the pre-set insurance rates to reflect the NEW rates and give us the option of saying that the insurance is already included or the option of doing nothing on this one.
My customers are adding insurance that is already included and I don't always catch it. I fear a negative on this one day.
I have it listed in my auction, on my WBN etc etc etc that insurance is included in the SHI and some people still add it?
All I want is the option to NOT pick an option on this one?? Or let me fill in the amount.
I know I am not the only user that has requested this as I have read other post on this subject even before the increased rate.
Now using your posted rates on a $200.00 item - it would cost me $1.10 over the amount you list or $3.20 not $2.10. Please
