Me too! But I always do. When are you guys gonna fix the "Buy It Now's" so they get put into "Closed" sooner? I've found many that had closed 7 hours earlier and I STILL had to refresh many times to get them to go to "Closed". Now, I'm even having to go to "my eBay" to find out what items sold, then go to "Active", find them, select them a few times, refresh a few times and then they go to closed - but this is just getting to be ridiculous. Today, nothing I do will move them to "Closed" and I've got an email from a winning bidder asking for the info!
Can we get a "ballpark figure" on when we can expect not only the immediate problem today fixed, but the entire issue fixed???

I find Mailstep to be just one more complication that doesn't fit my needs very well. I finally have my Post Sale routine set so it's very successful with a high rate of response and compliance and I'm not interested in changing it now. But I do feel AW should be able to get the "Buy It Now" auctions updated in a much more speedy way as part of their regular paid for service and not something I can only get by doing yet another option or changing what is working extremely well for me in all other areas.
