Hi Taotigreentea,
What browser are you using? Each time you can't access your inventory, is it the same time every week? Also what is your ISP? You do not have a large inventory, so it most likely is a connection problem.
Right now your inventory is set to view 5 items per page. Try accessing it again, make sure you have nothing else open except for your browser. Let me know if you cannot get into it.

There are no special settings needed to access Inventory - I'm not sure why you are having trouble with this. Do you have any virus-checkers or firewall software running in the background while you are accessing our site? If so, please try disabling them as they could cause problems.
Also, try clearing cache/history again, and rebooting your computer. You might also want to try a different dialup number if there is one available through your ISP.
Please let us know if you are unable to resolve this issue.
Just disable the 'Norton Internet Security' and it works. Thx.
But this is not my first time using NIS. The Inventory have had NO problems before. I don't understand the firewall only block the Inventory and not affect other features of AW nor web sites.
