I have mentioned this before. Ever since you changed from delete to archive I cannot delete anything. I've tried at least 15 times since July 4 and they are still there. I tried just now deleting each one 5 times in a row and nothing, they are still there. It is confusing enough that the ones that didn't sell are mixed in with the sold, now I can't tell who paid and gave feedback and who has made no contact.

Hi Larrkpoodle,
Can you help us track your problem? All you have to do is give us an itemID for the closed auction you cannot archive. And maybe the exact steps you have done in order to (unsuccessfully) archive it (like from page P, select item I, press button B).
I am confident that the procedure you followed did return unwanted results, and this may be a bug on our side.
I don't know if this helps, but seems to be a lot of glitches since that change. (which I don't like because I can't find anything anyway, I don't know the opening and closing dates of anything.)
The total closed listings i.e. "You have 651 closed listings" at top changes with each page turn. 651 688 631 etc.
Several of the listings showed no winner (no bar at the end) and when they went to pay I told them they had not won and they sent me the eBay listing showing they had.
Many of the bars at the end of listings remained white, others that had the first square darkened, turned all white when I sent a reminder out because they had never gotten a notice in the first place. I tried sending again and it never did fill in the square or the date so I'm not sure if they ever got a notice.
The total number of pages at bottom keep changing from page to page.
Another thing is when I relist the ones just launched used to automatically delete from the closed listings. Now they do not and I can't tell where I left off.

Hi Larrkpoodle,
I have inspected your closed section. Here's what I've found:
- the number of closed auctions is 649. And it remains 649 no matter how I change pages. (If the number of closed items still changes with each page turn, this may be caused by some proxy setting and proxy cache. Please consult your ISP)
- the item 890326850 has closed on 2002-07-04, and you only sent WBN for it.
- I have tried and successfully archived the above item (I have also restored it from archive in order to leave the account clean).
If you still encounter difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have no idea what you are seeing. Mine is the same. First page says 400+ auctions closed and 9 pages. When I go to page 9 it says 600+ auctions and 13 pages. All the ones I recently relisted are still there even though I deleted twice. I'm totally confused as to what I have left to list. Last time I ended up with duplicates because of this. This did not happen when it was called delete I launched, backed up to page with checked off items and deleted them and continued checking off the next ones to launch. There must be an easier way to relist. I always end up spending days with copies of active auctions to match up against the closed list.
I'm still getting emails about 3 a day that WNB did not go out even when I send manually. The only way I can reach them is with a NPB notice.

Hello larrkpoodle,
I have just checked your account from here, and I do not get the same results. Your closed list shows 414 auctions, whether on page 1, 5, 9. It definitely sounds like you are having some page-cache issues. I would recommend clearing the cache in your browser locally first, to see if this helps at all. If it does not, then as Marius said, it could be a proxy server cache problem which is something you would need to contact your ISP about (if you have another local dialup number available in your area, you might want to try using it rather than the one you are on, to see if that helps.)
As for the WBN problem, I am not sure why your WBNs are not going out even after sending them manually. The next time this happens, will you post here and let us know which item number is affected so that we can investigate? We would appreciate your assistance with this.
Please do try clearing your browser cache as a first step, though, and see if this helps the closed list problem.
