The following auction ended w/buy it now on Saturday around 9:50 pm or so. I received a copy of the WBN to my email on Sunday at 5:30 pm. If it's "automatic" why was it sent the next day? Please clarify...

Often you will have to refresh your active auctions list to trigger sold auctions to move from active to closed. If you took advantage of our Mailstep feature this would eliminate problems like the one you experienced. Please visit the following URL to learn more about how the system works:
