I am Not able to track current auctions just listed today on ebay, please advise

Hello,
There were not created in auctionwatch since you guys dont support the picture in the title function that ebay has and we have problems relisting auctionwatch created ads , we can track by auction number but not by ebay username , and we need to be able to import current auction as a batch by username not one by one by item number.
I apologize for not responding sooner. This problem has been escalated to engineering. We should have it fixed shortly but in the meantime, track by auction ID still works, so you can track individually. I'll post back here to let you all know when it has been fixed.

The tracking feature has now been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused, and thank you again for letting us know about this problem.
