When a WBN, Shipment Status, or any other correspondence gets sent to my customers from my AW account, what e-mail address does it appear to come from? My mailstep e-mail address, e-mail address on file with AW, or something else?

Hi Impressa5,
It will go to the email address that you have on file with us as your primary email address. If you are using Mailstep, then it gets directed to your primary email address.

Thank you for your reply. I understand where the mail goes to, but I need to know what e-mail address it show the mail is coming from.

The email address that shows will be your email address that you have stored as your primary, in Personal Information. Let me know if you have any more questions about this.
