Please see my Ladies 14K gold Pocket Watch Brooch in Pending,... it's in pending because it says i need to edit the headings shown in 'red' ... the only 'red' is Post-Sale stuff, which i don't use because i'm yearly subscriber .. i tried twice to get this one ready to go .. not sure what problem is ... please help. Hi Marcia,
The problem lies with your eBay checkout settings for the auction. You have in there that you are offering insurance but the drop down to the right of it, you selected "not offered". Also, since you are on the Annual Listing Plan, post sale does not come with it and you had some shipping methods selected. Once you have fixed these the item should launch. Let us know if you have any trouble with it.
