Hi All! I'm new at this and I attached the wrong pic to my ebay auction. So I came back here to Image Hosting and deleted the image figuring that would cause it not to appear in ebay. Then I attached the correct pic and sat around and waited for the message "update successful" but never got it, so I "escaped" and re-attached it.
Needless to say, now I have three pics on my ebay auction!!! One of the wrong item and two of the correct item.
You would need to edit the auction directly from the eBay website. Be very careful if you do this as you will be seeing all of the HTML needed to make your images appear, and do not want to remove any additional code or you could end up with more errors than you have now.
You would be looking for the HTML code and URL of the incorrect image to delete, as well as for one of the correct images.

well, I looked at the source code and I guess the answer is "no"--at least for me!!! lol
btw, can I use the URL from the Sales Manager tab to link my pics directly to ebay on their listing form (page 2--picture hosting)? I do a lot of re-lists (unfortuneately) and it's kind of a pain re-linking the pics each week via your Attach Image to Existing Auction pages. I usually have about 100 items listed. If I could use the URL address, I think they would automatically appear when I did the ebay "relist". Oh yeah, I don't use your Sales Manager feature, I am on the Image Hosting Only Plan.
Thanks again, Christopher. I guess we keep you pretty busy.

Couldn't they delete the image from their AW Image section and then upload the correct picture with the same image number?
To obtain the code which contains a link to your image, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Image Hosting page within Auction Manager
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to attach to your auction
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "attach" button
4. Verify the image and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the description box of the auction listing form.
If you wish to use only the image URL, it/they will be embedded in the HTML code generated by our system.
