Do I have to manually combine so when the customer checks out they will see the multiple items? I have had very few people bothering with the AW checkout when they have multiples. I was not sure if they were just thinking it wasnt going to work on more than one auction or what. Thank you

Hi Rl100w,
When a buyer responds to WBN, he is redirected to a page where all the items he won from you in the past 30 days and for which he did not respond to WBN are present. By default, all these items will be checkouted together in a single order. You will need to enable shopping cart in your DlobalSettings (in MyAccount), otherwise, your buyers will only see the current item.
You may manually combine one buyer's items in an order. In this case, when the buyer tries to respond to WBN to any of the items in the order you created, he will be redirected to the checkout page of the order.
