I have a fixed price auction that was bought. It is listed in my closed auction with no winner and it won't show up on Post Sale. It is #1755622916

Please help!

Hello,

When this auction was launched, did you have to import it to your account at any time?

It was launched thru AW. Then it got bought this morning. I refreshed AW active listings until it disappeared. Went to go find it on Post Sale and it wasn't there.

Then I tried to import it which it allowed me to do saying it was an auction not being tracked despite it being luanched thru AW and was on the active listings. Then has been the same ever since.

This has happened to me one other time this week so there may be some type of a bug with the fixed price listings. The other time was a fixed price listing as well and this has never happened to me on any regular auction.

Sonya,

Any info on the status of getting my problem fixed? It seems to think my auction is a closed auction with no bidder when it is the opposite.

Thanks!

Sonya,

Here's another fixed price auction of mine that was purchased tonight that is in the exact situation as the first problem noted in my first post. It is #1755623581.

Please HELP soon!

Gordon

Sonya,

:*(

I think this no longer an intermittant problem as now all 3 of my fixed price auctions that have ended since yesterday are all in the same boat. The latest one is #1756357266.

Hope you engineers are making some progress.

Gordon

Hi Gordon,

I have heard back from engineering on this issue. Although the item was originally launched as an auction from AW, the reason that it contains no post sale keys is because it was converted to a fixed price item directly on eBay and imported into AW. Unfortunately, only fixed price items originating from AW (meaning launched from here as a fixed price item) will appear in post sale with PSM keys. In the future, I would suggest that when you relist the item as fixed price, that you do it from AW if you plan to use post sale, or you could run into this problem again.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya,

The last 2 items I know for sure were launched from AW and I did not go into eBy and convert it to fixed price. It was done as a fixed price auction directly on AW (web not AWPro). I didn't check out the first item but believe it was as well. You can go to the auctions as see how they are formatted and be able to tell they were launched from AW. I don't know how to program HTML so there was no way I have the knowledge or ability to have formatted my auction like that.

THe only reason I ended up importing it was because after it sold, the item disappeared from AW altogether.

Please believe me that there is a problem.

Please help fix this (it doesn't matter for the 3 stated auctions anymore as I have had to do post sale manually but I don't want to have to keep doing this permanently).

Hi Gordon,

By converting to fixed price I meant relisting the item as fixed price. Engineering looked at the problem -- the auction was launched from here but it appears that it was relisted as a fixed price item at some point on eBay.

I'm confused...I thought Fixed Price Auction PSM was unavailable thru AW at this time.

Hi Jalleniii,

AW supports fixed-price. Please consult your edit-auction page, and notice at the very top two radio-buttons with which you can select a regular listing (default) or a fixed price item. The same goes for inventory: upon launch from inventory, you may select eBayFixedPrice as venue (if you select simply eBay, the inventory item will launch as a regular auction).
Notice that post sale management support for fixed-price items is guaranteed to work only for items launched through AW.
