Hi Steppingstone,
There are two ways to do it. You can do it from the Post Sale link on the left hand side -- the auction would have to be in the Awaiting Feedback section in order for you to send a reminder from there. If not, you can also do it from the Fulfillment checklist. Step 9 has a 1-click reminder you can send to the winner to remind them to leave you feedback.
