The Hit column will appear with N/A if the auctions are being imported into your AW account. Are these relisted items, that you relist directly on eBay?
At any point did you have to import these auctions to your account or were they always there? Did you add counters to the auctions after they launched or were they there initially?
We notice that you frequently reset your counters on the old counter page - is it possible that you selected a few to reset and clicked the "delete" button by accident?
