Sonya..the counter isn't counting. I chose a smart counter..I can not find it in my sales manager either..any suggestions? Thanks..

Hi Utsie71,
You chose a 'smart' counter. This counter will count only once per visitor. If you reload the page, this counter will not increment. If you want your counter increment at every page hit, change it to 'simple'.
Which sales manager can't you find? The AW online version is here

Thanks, this may not be the brightest question you ever fielded..but wouldn't the counter on the ME page show up somewhere in my control panel also?
Please go to my "ME" page and see..the counter still says 1...it should say 2 if it is working..that is what I meant. I do understand the difference in counters..and I like the smart counter because I want to know unique hits.

(I am the 2-nd unique visitor) In what regards displaying of this counter somewhere in your control panel, well I do not understand: you mean AW SalesManager panel or MyEbay panel? Nevertheless, the above counter cannot be displayed in your AW panel. If you mean the latter case, then you should ask eBay.

Thanks Marius..you answered the whole "enchilda" for me..great support.
I think your counting software is excellent...until I saw a 2nd hit..though..I was wondering if all the new unique visitors to my auctions yesterday..over 40 of them..not one looked at my ME page...interesting..Thanks again!
