Yesterday, Aug. 14, I deleted my pictures for ended auctions. Had a lot of difficulty doing so. Every time I would go back to the thumbnail page....they would still ALL be there. Three times this happened and when I deleted them the 4th time....it worked. Then I tried to go to the upload page and was taken to the page that shows the images that you have uploaded and they told me the images had been successfully received.........hahahaha. I hadn't even uploaded anything yet, and the pictures showing were 2 pictures I uploaded 3 weeks ago, and had just deleted!!! Today, the image thumbmail page has only the 1 picture I did not delete....but when I click on upload.....I get the same thing. It will not bring me to the upload page. Is anyone else having this problem......and does anyone know what I can do about it. I have auctions to do and pictures to upload!! Any help would be appreciated......Pat

Hi ... instead of clicking on 'Image Hosting' tab to work your auction pictures, try this: On your Sales Manager page, click on 'Manage Images', located in the green-color bar right underneath all of those tab-shapes at the top. ... that gives all the same functions to you as does their "image hosting' tab, only works a heck of a lot better for me. ... - marcia

Hi Wauhoonae,

I would also recommend that you clear the cache in your browser.

In order to clear your browser cache and free up system resources, please take the following steps:

To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.

In Netscape, look under "Edit" in the top toolbar, and open "Preferences". Click the box next to "Advanced", then "Cache". You will want to clear both the disk and memory cache.

Hope this helps!
