We just set up mailstep and were wondering if we should change our primary email with paypal to our @mailstep address. It seems that customers may send payment to our non mailstep email address and it will not be accounted for by the mailstep feature.
That is correct, you will want to add your mailstep email address to your PayPal account. Once you are done, come back to AuctionWatch and store your PayPal ID as the Mailstep email address you added to your PayPal account.
