Dave,
It happened during the time frame of all the problems with the pictures,so I am hoping it was just a glich. Hopefully, it is OK now. Am waiting to hear back from Sonya.

Hi Theeclecticlady,

I looked at both of the auctions and it looks like when you listed them, you had USPS First Class selected as your carrier but you had $0.00 as the shipping amount. That is why the postage came out as 0.

davebraun -- I am looking into your problem right now.

Sonya,
Every auction has different shipping costs. I try to give the customer options. Are the settings in Global gong to work the way I have them set up now? I am trying to give everyone an option as to 1st class or Priority, ins or no, etc.

Hello,

You should deselect the 4th option because right now, you have it blank with $0.00 but since it is selected, that is probably getting sent to your customers and that's also what they're checking. You can also edit shipping by auction so you don't always have to use the default global settings.

Sonya

On my auction I split it and recombined to see if it would figure correctly it did not and also calculated the items as $0.00. All of my specifications are correct in regard to shipping amounts etc. I have not given any option for 0.00
Thanks,
dave
PS I have no pictures in my auctions. My losses at this point are substantial as you are aware as you have access to my auctions which are closing 30 to 40% below what I expect based on past performance as much of my bidding takes place in the last few minutes and being dark profoundly impacts the closing prices.
