I started a new seller out and referred them to AW. I received the email stating I would receive a 10 percent commission of whatever they sold in the next 14 weeks. Where do I view the amount of whatver they sold in my account (I know they sold a few things already)? What do I use this commission for or will I just have credit at AW for all my listing fees and closing costs? Thanks.

Hello idnyc,
We will automatically credit your account when your referral is billed - note that this could take up to 6 weeks (at the most) because of the 2 week trial and depending on billing cycle assignment. The credit will apply toward any AuctionWatch fees that accrue on your account.
Please let us know if you have any other questions about this.

You will be able to view the commission you have received on your Online Statement. The commission will come in the form of a credit on your AuctionWatch account, starting after the new users two week free trial.

OK. The new user has been signed up for well over 2 weeks now...are you saying I won't be able to see credit until the next billing statement?

Correct once the refer has been billed you will then see the credit for the commission earned on your next billing statement.
