good morning! i'm having 2 problems. first, i changed my seller preferences, the optional checkout instructions, 2 weeks ago but the new set have only shown up on 1 auction, probably because i went in and saved the preferences again during the listing process. the old instructions keep showing up even though they were deleted days ago. why won't these new preferences attach?
the second problem is that i use the picture gallery feature at ebay and i've had MANY incorrect or no photos showing up after launch. at first i thought i was just being sloppy but i rechecked all my listings last nite and still 3 went onto ebay with either the wrong pic or no gallery at all. i fixed them all but what's causing this?

Hello Suze,
Any changes that you make in your preferences will only appear in auctions that your create after making these changes. Any active auctions you had at that time of the change will not reflect these changes.
With regards to the gallery problem you have outlined. Kindly provide us with an auction item number where this is occurring as well as the image filename that was supposedly attached to to this auction.
We will be sure to run some tests on our end to ensure that the gallery feature is working correctly

I KNOW THAT!
i have listed dozens of items since i changed the preferences.. including 7 last nite.. the new preferences are only attached to ONE of those items, the old set is on all the others... THE PREFERENCES ARE NOT APPLYING!
RE gallery issues; the following item numbers all had to be revised to either add gallery or fix the photo; 954438868, 954434656, 954425127
on item 954425127, i had to do it twice before it actually took.. i have encountered this problem quite a bit in the last month or so.. i thought maybe i was forgetting to enter the gallery photo name but i double checked every listing before launch last nite and even got my husband to also watch as the auctions launched with no gallery shots attached.. and no gallery charged either, as though your program just erased the function after i entered it.. MAYBE IT'S A RELATED ISSUE TO THE PREFERENCES NOT CHANGING? the only item i've listed that picked up my new preferences is #954432170 and i had again saved the new prefs just before this launch.
