Anybody know why we Ebay users are forced to hit our buyers, 100% of whom prepay, with a wbn that has them fill out "Bill to" address? Doesn't make any sense and would be easy to change unless the rest of you like that arrangement??? It causes us a lot of extra work by limiting WBN returns, and I expect it is costing AW business.

Hi Rgrem,
If a customer pays early then you don't have to send out the WBN if you don't want to. I'm not sure if this covers your question or not so if you can, let me know when they are paying -- before the WBN gets sent out, or after they respond to it.

Hi. Prepay was a poor choice of words. Most ebay buyers have no use for, and actually dislike, the "bill-to" form and inference. It has no function. All they need and want is the "ship to" form. There is a lot of discussion about buyers not responding to the wbn and I believe this is a major reason. So why does the wbn start out with the "bill-to" form?

Thanks for your response, Tara. I still have a question for you and others. What is the purpose of, and does anyone need, the "bill-to" portion of the WBN? Those of you who do need it, if there are any: does it have to be first and required?
