Is anyone having trouble posting new auctions? I keep getting item discriptions info from a aution that ended months ago. It only shows when I hit preview or worse yet, post it. I have tried many times from the beginning and add the discription info then when it list...bingo I have info on that item and one from a long time ago. ANYBODY SOMEBODY HELP!
It looks like you have an old item description saved in your default text box -- this is why it keeps coming up on new auctions. Go to your My Account tab to Global Preferences and scroll down to the default text box. You can erase that old information there and save your preferences. It will no longer come up on new auctions.
