HELP!!! Why does it take so long for my images to transfer from my document file? Sometimes 20 min for 4 pics. Anything I can do to speed it up. Appreciate any info. Thanks.

Hello,

I checked your images and noticed that they are very large in terms of the file size. Because they are over our recommended size (we recommend 50 Kb or lower -- this does not pertain to image size) there is a chance that it could stall when you try to attach images to your auctions. Try doing them one at a time, or decreasing the file size for your images.
