We are seeing significant launch latency this evening, which appears to be resulting from a problem at eBay. We have been assured that the problem is being worked on and the latency issue should be resolved within about 30 minutes.

Diana, My sales tax settings have disappeared. There is no checkbox in my global preferences to enable them. I have not been able to convey this to anyone in customer support. The response I get is to check the box however there is no box. I have been leaving messages all over the place regarding this to no avail.

Thank you. By now I believe you have seen the problem. I've checked in another account that I have access to it and it is also missing in that account.
