In the NPB column in the Awaiting Payment screen, what do the notations mean? One of mine says "never sent", others have a clickable "Okay to Send" I understand the days listed (I think). If I click on "Okay to Send", is it going to send the auction directly to eBay for NPB?

Hi Kathy,

To learn what the notices mean, go to your my account tab and click on post sale management options. Above each box that contains the notice is an explanation of what it does and how it works, in a pink box. Let us know if you have any more questions about this feature.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya,
There is no box for non-paying bidders.

Hello,

My apologies, I just realized you wanted info about the NPB buttons only. If you click on that button then it alerts eBay that you have a non paying bidder.

Regards,

Sonya
