Hello. When I come to the Auctionwatch home page and sign in with my name and password it continues to prompt me for my user name and password. If I go ahead and click on Image Hosting or My Store it doesn't prompt me for my name and password. It takes me straight to my images and my store so I know I must be logged in or it wouldn't do that.(Just like I am able to post here with my user name and password). But when I try to use Sales Manager it keeps asking me for it. I cleared my cache and it still does it. I cannot get into my closed auctions and am needing to really bad. Please help. Thanks

Hi Bitsofhistory,
The repeated login is a cookies issue. Please check the following:
1. Clear the cache in your browser. To do this in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files (Delete Files.) In Netscape, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Cache (Clear Memory Cache, Clear Disk Cache.)
2. Make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies. Our login function is cookie-based, and you will not be able to log in unless your browser is set to accept cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0: First check your Privacy level under Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy. If your Privacy level is set above medium, your browser may reject cookies. If you are using a Custom level, please click Advanced, and select Accept Cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0: Cookie settings are located under Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0: Cookie settings are located under View -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security.
If you are using Netscape 4.0: Cookie settings are located under Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced.
If you are using Netscape 6.0: Cookie settings are located under Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy and Security -> Cookies.
3. Check the settings of any security or firewall software that may be installed on your computer. This type of software may cause your browser to reject cookies and thus prevent you from logging in to your account (this is particularly true if you have your security settings turned up past Medium.)
4. If the above recommendations do not work, you might have a corrupt cookie stored in your cookie file. Please delete all AuctionWatch cookies from your cookie file in order to correct this. If you are using Internet Explorer, cookies are stored by default in folder C: \Windows\Cookies. If you are using Netscape, the default location is C: \Program Files\Netscape\Users\default\cookies.
5. Make sure that you are entering your AuctionWatch account name and password correctly. Note that your email address is not the same as your AuctionWatch account name, and that your AuctionWatch account name is not necessarily the same as your eBay ID.
