Prior to the initiation of the new NPBA and FVC, when I requested my FVC to Ebay, I could block those bidders. I cannot find the button or source to do so now. Will you please help me with this problem.

I will have to look into this and get back to you on it. From what you are saying, tt sounds like the "block bidder" option is something that is missing from the form on eBay?
