Ever since the change in format of the post sale, when you click send WBN, it may send it but it will not automatically check the box to tell that it is done. EVERYTIME I have to click send wbn notification twice so it will be checked. I do not know if it is going out twice but can someone do something about this. It never used to be this way.

I have just tested this, and I see what you mean. I will pass this along to our engineers and see if we can get that fixed ASAP.
The WBN does get sent out the first time, even though step 1 is not checked off, so you should just check it manually for now (maybe enable the carbon copy function for now so that you can see the copy - this is available under My Account -> Post Sale Mgt. Options.)

I am having a problem with the carbon copy feature. I have it enabled yet I do not receive a copy of the WBN sent to my buyers?
