Hi,

My WBN is not being sent on a most auctions because it is stating that the shipping and payment options must be filled in by me first.

Here is an auction example. 2049302477

When I launched these all this info was there but when these end I must go in and edit this info prior to sending it to the customer.

can you please fix this.

Hi Lowpricereturns,

The problem has been fixed. It seems that the cause was related to editing WBN response while the listing is active, for fixed-price items.
However, the fix is not retroactive. This means that if you edited WBN response for some of your active FP listings, you will encounter the same error. In order to clear this you will have to edit (and save!) again the WBN response for those listings. Simply go to your active listings (from left nav), select the listings for which you want to change WBN, hit WBN button, then edit WBN response in the next screen on a per item basis.
