My auctions are not moving from active to closed after the auction has ended.

I am having a bit of trouble with that too. Some of mine move to closed automatically, sometimes I need to 'refresh' the active auctions in order to make them move, and in the case of auction 2137507129 I can't get it to move at all!

My buyer has already paid for this item (yesterday!) and I can't get into my post sale items at all. Can anyone help?
